New intern - Hannah Hjorth

Hannah Hjorth is an intern at In The Same Sea from February 2022 to June 2022. Hannah is a MA student in History at the University of Copenhagen, from where she also holds a BA in History. She has a special interest in cultural history and the early modern period and wrote her BA thesis about folklore elements in the British witch trials. Furthermore she has worked with both social and digital history. During her time as an intern at In The Same Sea, Hannah will investigate the movement of free people of color around the Lesser Antilles.
