New intern - Tilde Olsen
New IN THE SAME SEA intern Tilde Olsen is an MA student in history at the University of Copenhagen. She wrote her BA in history on the intersection of race and religion in early Christian identity. Her interest in race, identity, and marginalized people led her towards the decision to join IN THE SAME SEA. She is especially interested in slave uprisings and the ways in which slavery was maintained.
Doing her time as an intern she will assist Felicia and Gunvor with various tasks. She will mainly be making datasets over demography, trade, and shipping routes.
